My tip wasn’t too far off, it was just for the wrong team. Port have the cup and the Lions dynasty has come to a close. All in all it was a great game, the first three quarters anyway. Great footy, great biffo (Lynch, in particular) and a good result. Brisbane took on a couple of injuries which sure didn’t help the cause (Lynch again). Tuesday night at the tribunal should be interesting, with a few fairly blatent punches, kicks and even Akermanis seemingly biting the opposition. Who ever said his mouth would get him in trouble? Speaking of which, Williams’ comment about Scott after the game should have some interesting repercussions.
What to do until next year? Guess it’s time for the cricket. Hopefully the Pie boys will put in the hard hours at Lexus and get out there and do us pround next year. Well, it’s a possibility…
