Birthday drunkeness

I’m still recovering from my birthday drinks on Monday night. We went to Strike after work and ended up staying until about 2, drinking far too much and talking way too much crap. I finally made it to work at about 11.30 or so the next morning, feeling very sorry for myself. But, this is the last real work day for the year. Tomorrow is the Christmas party and then I’ll head home for a couple of days to do the family thing and have a well-deserved break.
