Hot banner action

As with any other change I’ve made to this site, it took me no less than two hours to make a simple change, but somehow I’ve managed to convert this Movable Type site from html to php and make the banner at the top of the page switch between six (fairly boring) images. All without screwing the rest of it up! My template would surely make a web designer cry in pity.
