Australia vs Italia

A great first half of football in Australia’s round of 16 match against Italy. Nil all after 46 minutes of play and Australia has had the majority of the possession of the ball so far. There’s been a couple of chances in front of goal, but only one or two convincing efforts. Midfield has been great, quickly winning the ball back on many occasions before the Azzurri can push foward. It looks as if it might come down again to the late substitutions and the impact of fresh legs in the second half if one team is to score by the end of the standard 90 minutes.
