Texas Hold’em

Just played in my first poker ‘tournament’ tonight. PubPoker, no entry fee and the prizes are drinks (and points towards playing in their final). There were three rounds of eleven players, with the top three from each playing off in the final. I made it to the final in the second round, and ended up coming third overall. Not too bad for a first shot, I reckon.

I’ll be back next week to try to better that, but I think the only way from here is down.
