Busy December

December always seems to be flat out. Work is hectic, there’s Christmas parties everywhere and heaps of events.

Went to the first Melbourne Kylie concert on Sunday night and had a great time. It was a fantastic show, very over the top, very camp and very touching, given the past 18 months or so.

I’ll be following that up by going to Robbie Williams this coming Monday night, which promises to be an entertaining evening.

However, before that, I’ll be playing in the Pub Poker final on Sunday in St Kilda. There’s 66 finalists from all the different venues around Melbourne and the winner will walk away with a trip to Vegas! I don’t stand much of a chance, but it should be a good afternoon, not to mention a bit of a learning experience.

Throw in a couple of Christmas parties and random drinks on most nights and things are looking pretty busy. Just need to find some time to do the damn Christmas shopping. Can’t wait to join the shopping center crowds again this year…
